Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Hairbrella products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
